The reason I removed 1 star is a sauce bottle was dirty.

β β β β β Poor service donβt ever recommend booking a reservation. Were denied drinks when we were sober because they thought we were intoxicated because we were enjoying our friends birthday. Food was absolutely appalling, even got served uncooked chicken

β β β β β Drinks and food very good value for money, but service was quite slow--admittedly we were a large group on a busy Saturday night, but waited over 1.5 hours for mains, which were not all correct. Overall a fine experience, but some room for improvement.

β β β β β I've been here three times and the service was bad every time. We weren't given water any of the times so we had to ask for it, drinks took about 40 minutes to arrive, food took just over an hour to arrive and was okay but overpriced. The last time I went, my partner ordered a bottle of Jaritos but they didn't bother taking the top off with a bottle opener, so we had to call the waitress back over. She took it over to the bar to opened it but then left it sitting on the counter while she served a line of people at the till so we just went over and grabbed it ourselves. If the service was just bad once, I'd let it slide and try again another night, but this seems to be the standard level of service so I definitely won't be back.

β β β β β Pretty good. The vegetarian options were good. The usual Mexican menu. The winner was the decor. You can imagine this place going off once covid is gone.
Definetly recommend having a meal here.

β β β β β Great food. I love the chicken with chipole dip for starter, very cripsy and well seasoned. Big portion for mains so it might be better getting 2 starters + 1 main to share between 2 people. Best food I had in Dunedin so far ?
