β β β β β Took $5k of Qualmark money to the help a friend who's business was ruined by Covid.
Unfortunately she got zero actual assistance and was left in a
crying heap not knowing where to turn.
It would appear they spent all their budget just trying to understand her industry offering a few words as they went along, and but no actual solid fix, advisory or results.
Complete waste of Governments money and completely unempathetic to her business's, nor personal crisis.

β β β β β First time visiting Deloitte yesterday. From outside, the tall glass building was scary making me uncomfortable, but when I reached level 18, the 2 ladies behind the large receptionist desk were welcoming and asking me whether I would like tea, coffee or water while waiting.
Added to that warm welcome was the beautiful view overlooking the ocean, and the ice-breaker (one of Deloitte's young team member) who was sent to ensure I was comfortable enough before my appointment. Kudos for thinking outside the box?
