I decided to spend up in Stich instead which was so much more welcoming :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently went in to look at sunglasses and homeware for our home we are building. First, we were completely ignored and glared at (I can only hope it wasn't the colour of my skin). Second, we were told to leave as they were closing, however half an hour before they close and while they continued to serve another male customer around the shop. Super rude and not even worth one star. Shop is overpriced and tacky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Deluxe in 2020 and was completely ignored by staff members when I went in. Other ladies in the shop were welcomed and addressed and I was treated as invisible. I thought it may have been because I was in activewear (although it shouldn’t have mattered) or a one off. Today I went in again to look at some light fixtures I was interested in and was dressed up and again completely ignored by three staff members. It’s doesn’t hurt to say hello when a customer walks in. Also terrible size range in clothing. Nothing for plus size ladies. I will be taking my money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store yesterday. Not even worth one star. The women at the counter glared at me as if was I was from another planet - a very racist glare to be honest. The store should be shut down or the women working at the store should be fired. Very insulting and a dissapointing experience. No way this issue can be overlooked. A big, big thumbs down :((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to select one star to enable me to post this review, but I would not give them any stars. I purchased a pair of earings as a gift for my sister-in-law. They were worn three times and broke. I rung and asked for a refund or replacement and was told "no we don't do warranties on earings it's just one of those things that happen". I couldn't believe what I was hearing, what happened to good will and ensuring customers are happy so you can get repeat business. I will NEVER buy from this store again. Closing comment - word of mouth is the best form of advertising Deluxe and the advertising from me certainly isn't positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to start by saying my wife and I used to really enjoy shopping @ Deluxe but not any more. On our more recent visits there has been a discernible atmosphere of utmost rudeness and snobbery and zero customer service, with not even a simple hello or a "is there anything I can help you with". I don't say this lightly but it's as if they require a bank statement and a character attestation to prove that you can afford to shop there and that you are a member of societies upper eschelon. I can't help but agree with what other shoppers are saying about this place in their reviews.
