★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in ordering for a dental office and I called as they had a product that said it was on back order and I needed an ETA. The lady on the phone was really rude and said kept expressing that the date on the product online says "out of stock" until october and I was ordering in November. However, I assumed if it was back in stock they would remove to out of stock sign. She told me it was in stock and would be here soon. Did not even give me a proper estimate. Turns out it was on back order all along and due to her incompetence it was much later than expected and we had to go elsewhere. Would recommend Henry Schein or Ivoclar instead.
