Normally i get the too cool for school 'Im only working here for the staff discount' type but dude was ridiculously helpful, friendly and informative with no sales pressure. Picked up a Dark Horse 2 wks later after mulling it over and the board looks amazing. Cant wait to get into the water after this Covid mess!! Cheers guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my second board off these guys a couple of days ago. One of the grub screw holes was faulty. Unlike the earlier reviewer, I found the staff member I spoke to, Devan, to be very responsive and offered to replace the board straight away, even though I had already taken the stickers off and put the tail pad on. Got the replacement board now and it looks mint! Can't wait to get it in the water! I think The Surfboard Warehouse sell great boards for the price, you just need to have realistic expectations and treat them with care, as you would with any board. Ask to speak to Devan if you need advice, as he has tried a lot of the boards they sell there himself, and knows his stuff. Anyway, I've added two good boards to my quiver for the price I'd usually pay for one! So I'm stoked! Thanks TSBW, I'm already eyeing a third!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a board from here recently. Have always surfed custom shaped boards but was after a cheap fun board. Had seen a mix of reviews good and bad but decided to go ahead with a purchase. Super happy with the board, surfs well and exceeds any expectations I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! They totally stuffed up my order and now they’re out of stock til next month, meaning I’d have to spend another month without a longboard. Fist they sent me the wrong colour - they admitted they sent a board that wasn’t even meant to be sold. By the time they received it back they were out of stock (it took 2 weeks and I had to chase up their transport partner myself). I asked them numerous times to set one aside for me, then they told me a bogus story that it had been damaged by a forklift going through it - as if they wouldn’t have seen that the moment they set it aside. Now I’m still waiting for my refund which they confirmed to me last week. So left without a board and without a refund. They did let me keep the fins which I also ordered - but I can't paddle out on a set of fins unfortunately. An absolute nightmare dealing with them. I gave them plenty of opportunity to make things right before writing this review. They obviously don’t care.
