β β β β β The women on the phone was disgustingly rude, i called to enquire about their services and she was annoyed because she was on the phone with vodafone and was clearly upset that i called and needed help. i have many issues with my teeth and i am so insecure about them - having this type of reception is intimidating and scary. it was disgusting and uncalled for. this establishment has lost a customer - and i will be informing everyone i know about what a shocking experience this was. customer service is appalling.
