โ โ โ โ โ Hands down one of the best dental clinics I've been to by far, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which is always a great start to a visit to the dentists. I booked my mum in to see Dr. Peter Noh for a check-up and extraction. Peter was very attentive and explained everything he was doing, whilst at the same time calming my mums nerves down! He stayed very professional throughout the whole visit and the costs were very good for the services provided. I highly recommend Dr. Peter Noh and will definitely be the only Dentist my family and I will be visiting from now on.

โ โ โ โ โ Very happy with my experience at Primecare Dental. I saw Dr Jason Koo for a checkup and clean. He was exceptionally thorough and gentle, and showed a genuine care for his patients. I usually bleed with cleaning but I was amazed there was no bleeding and very minimal pain with his gentle technique. Plus it was awesome to be able to watch Netflix whilst getting treatment!! Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ First time having a good experience at the dentists. Super friendly staff and dentists! Booked an appointment with Dr Peter Noh for my wisdom teeth extraction. Peter was very professional and maintained great communication throughout the whole procedure. Everything was done and dusted in no time and it was the first time I'd say that the price was worth the experience (at the dentists)! Highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ These people are appalling! My partner made an appointment for 5.30pm on the 7th May. They called her and asked her if she could come in at 12.30 instead. Being a very accommodating person she agreed, but had nowhere to lock up her electric scooter, so I had to take time out and meet her there so that we could put her scooter in the back. Upon arrival we were told " no your appointment is not until 1.30. We called you". Neither of us had any missed calls and there was no voice mail message. We then went home and I took her back for the 1.30 appointment. I ended up losing 2 hours of my most productive time at minimally $200 per hour. I finally ended my day's work at 10 pm. My partner also lost $100 in wages. I requested a discount of $300 but was refused. I asked to talk to the practice manager - Maria I think - and she refused to talk to me because it was a Saturday. She has also failed to call me either to apologise or to offer a discount, and 2 weeks later. Naturally it's a Saturday again and she can't be bothered talking to now it's two weeks later.
Also, they did a root canal on one of her front teeth which is now discoloured. Another dentist has told us that it happened because Primecare used the wrong material for the filling.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DISORGANISED.

There was no record of any phone call or text to my partner. If you have a record, show me. I was not talking down or bullying your staff. I was asking for compensation for the loss of my time. Where is it, by the way?
Also, I forgot to mention that after a root canal on her front tooth if became discoloured - almost black. A reputable dentist has told us that this was because you used the wrong filler.

โ โ โ โ โ Had gone for an emergency tooth ache. Was provided a quick appointment and quick remedial service. Dr.Koo (Jason) was exceptional in identifying the problem and suggesting the available options, so that I can take a well informed decision. Treatment was excellent and complete value for money. Will strongly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ My first visit to a dentist in 10yrs. Previously had a bad experience with a different dentist. I needed emergency treatment yesterday. Jason the Dentist was clear on what needed to be done. His entire team were kind & attentive. I was able to Netflix and chill while treatment was being done. The ladies were awesome at helping me calm my nerves. Giving me a soft toy to cuddle, reminding me to take deep breaths, and giving me a comforting hand of support on my shoulder . Jason gave me clear instructions on raising my left hand if I feel any discomfort and this came in handy when I needed to take a break. The facilities at Primecare Dental Highland Park are very clean. The staff care about their clients and making their treatment as smooth sailing as possible. I highly recommend. Thanks team ?
