★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL, this company has a poor customer service and the quality of their products is not as good as other companies while they’re charging the same amount of price!
I’ve got quotes from a couple of companies to install a wardrobe for us. And I mentioned I want MDF.
Designer homeware came and did the measurements for us and on the the day of installation I noticed their product was PARTICLE WOOD which is a less durable and quality than MDF! It is also way cheaper than MDF.
I was surprised because their price was pretty much as expensive as other companies’ that use MDF!
When I object, the Designer Homeware manager called me and with a very rude behaviour and tone told me that IT IS WHAT IT IS! He said we quoted you a particle wood product but when I check the quote it’s not mentioned anywhere on the quote it is particle wood!!!
I strongly recommend you to stay away from this terrible company as they are not honest and the only thing they care about is money!!!
