★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 5 months to get washing machine and drier back from these guys, had to follow up constantly in the end because the owner and the receptionist just lied (lost our address and tried to blame it on us), beat around the bush (“part order” delays) pretended not to be able to speak English and promised updates but never came through, over and over and over again. Complete f around and horrible to not be able to wash and dry my kids clothes for the entire Winter. Finally, got them back yesterday (in 5 months hadn’t time to properly test the washing machine apparently) and the technicians didn’t set up correctly which has resulted in major flooding damage to the wall and floor of our home. Everyone I have spoken to has had a horror story with these guys since the new owner, please don’t waste your time, they honestly just shouldn’t be in business, it’s caused so much stress for our family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman I spoke to on the phone was not very nice. I asked her nicely ( in stricted confidentially) to not send a certain person to my house to do job. She told that person concerned. He turned up with another man and mentioned it to me. I didn't appreciate it at all. So she broke customer confidentiality. Not happy. Then got charged $345.00 for 2hrs work.

Was very impressed with Richards attention to detail cleaning the outside and of the machine when he was finished. Nice to see someone taking pride in their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?
