★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve called them because I need a special Hose for my Car, the guy asked me for what it is and just told me it’s not possible. I’ve told him that I have already repaired something on my car with a hose, he then told me that he didn’t sell any hoses and hung up.
That’s not the way to run a business or handling customers.
