I have been doing CrossFit in Masterton with CrossFit Manaia for over 12 months, and whilst I am a tad older and creaky, the programs for strength and stamina suit me as they can be adjusted to meet any age or ability. A great place for kids to learn to lift too.

The programs are scaled for all abilities and I have been made to feel like I can achieve anything and have had the right level of motivation and encouragement to keep it going. I totally recommend CrossFit Manaia to anyone who wants to get fitter and feel better.
