★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to only ask if the courier had arrived to pick up my parcel yet and the lady on the line went off on a tangent when she assumed I was the receiver. When she finally LISTENED and LET ME TALK, she then went off on another tangent about why the courier wasn't there and this and that.....all I wanted to do was let her know I could no longer be home when they arrived and that I felt safer leaving my parcel at the front of my house instead of the mailbox. She wished me goodluck on my job interview at least but what was she on?!
