★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a couples massage for my husband and I 3 months in advance for our first wedding anniversary. We were both super excited, he works 70 hour weeks as truck driver and therefore doesn't get a lot of time for himself. However, 4 days before our appointment, we were emailed saying a bride wanted to change her time table and therefore our appointments were being cancelled. Since we are coming from out of town and it was a Saturday appointment, it was impossible to find another booking somewhere. I think it's super unprofessional they didn't call me to let me know and cancelled it all together when our booking was made so long ago. Please be careful if you are booking for a special event, I would not want this disappointment to happen to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my family, we all got manicures and I got a spa pedicure also. I decided to try the Shellac (for the first time) and I love the results. I have been getting compliments from men and women about my toes. Some say that they look like mermaid toes (because of the colour). Caitlin did a great job. She was professional, friendly and helpful and I will definitely be getting my toes done again, when I am next in Taupo.

Lovely rooms and plenty of parking in the shopping area at Totora Street. I enjoyed my visit and would be happy to go there again I felt very pampered . Easy online booking system. 5*****+
