The lazy staff just left a note at my door without ringing the bell. I called for redelivery and was told it would be done the next day (Friday). I had a day off work waiting for the parcel. But no delivery at all from early morning. I called checking for the approximate delivery time after lunch. The Indian accent customer service man said it would be delivered between 1-5pm. I waited waited and waited until 5:10pm still no delivery. I called in again said the system showed it would be delivered on Monday (this Kiwi accent customer service sounded professional and nice). Waist of time !!!! How irresponsible. DHL definitely needs to train their staff better. Worst service!! If possible I would put zero star for them!!!

I was at home but the delivery person Sam never called in. The lazy staff just left a note at my door and job done. How irresponsible. DHl needs to train their staff better.

Terrible service from DHL this morning. I went to DHL to pick up an item for our business that was there and they have a text queue system (One person at a time, even in level 2, crazy I know) before they see you which means you text a number, they send you a website link and you click that to enter the queue. I entered it being the only one there and 1st in queue with no-one in front of me waiting in my car like a good little boy, THEN along comes this lady, looks at the signs on the door, shakes the door handles looking all sorts of lost and they let her in before me! I would not of cared as much had she of taken only a few minutes, they dealt with her for about 20 minutes and when I glanced in at one point, the customer was even walking around on the phone. Firstly, stand by your lame text-to-queue, one-at-a-time system. Secondly, perhaps just ask your other customers if they have something quick to do so they do not have to wait for 20 minutes for something that could be done in approx 1 minute. I also asked the receptionist if the lady before me was in queue, she said yes even though I was first in queue before she rocked up? Like?! So no need to queue up if you go there, just being ignorant seems to do the trick.

SO VERY disappointed in DHL Chch. Intl parcel arriving inwards and on Tuesday when it left Akld I rang and asked that it be changed from delivery to uplift from depot. On Wednesday waybill says given to 3rd party. Rang DHL Wed who said it was given to Courierpost. Spent 1.5 hours on phone with CP who said it was still at DHL depot. Rang DHL again and they confirmed at depot!!! and hold put on. Got phone call at 10.45am Thurs to say another message sent to branch to hold. 11.39am Thurs waybill updated to say given to Courierpost. Rang DHL again to be told the Chch Depot had not responded to any of their requests and shipment has left depot. AND depsite phone message saying you can re-direct online - you can't!!!! Friday public holiday which is why i wanted to pick up from depot. Very unprofessional and in times when businesses need help (and their stock) , they have done nothing but waste my time

Very easy place to pop in & pick up your parcel. The staff are very nice & helpful

Pre organised pick up waited 45mins so they could find the item ?‍♂️ when the item should’ve been ready for pick up. Not organised what so ever! Not happy! Plus the staff are rude not my fault you’re unorganised Sort it out DHL

I am not happy with the service!! Four times I requested to have my package delivered, but there was too much drama ("sorry") from calls and emails! Last Monday, I changed my delivery method so I could collect it in their office, but the customer service was not aware that their office was closed for collection. In fact, she gave me the address where I could collect my package! Then, yesterday (Thursday), my package was finally "out for delivery" yesterday, but our street was closed due to major road construction from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Cars are not permitted on our street, but pedestrians are. I'm expecting a call from the delivery driver, so we can meet him since our house is too close to the road and the driver reasons that my package is 19kg and the road is close. I'm just thinking they are required in their job to lift up to 25 kg, but the reason is that my package is too heavy!!! So they sent my package back to their office! Disgusting!
