★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to talk to a human.....to ask a question. After a series of round about options. I got nothing. Still can’t speak to a human.....my overnight parcel spent 2 nights in Auckland and now probably won’t arrive before end of today Friday.....poor service NZPost! Disappointing ?

Didn't even knock on the door, just left a note.(happened many times)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service I've been getting from nz post is garbage, they've failed to deliver a parcel for over a week and have no explanations for what's happened. The people tasked with tracking my parcel don't get in contact when they say they will and seem to be entirely uninterested in doing any work unless they're called and reminded to. They have now told me it's my responsibility to contact the supplier of the product I've ordered and get them to send a replacement. I don't understand how the supplier or myself should be expected to make efforts to fix a problem neither of us created. The attitude towards customer service at nz post is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered some items of clothing from NZ last week Friday and on my tracking information it said estimated delivery time was today (yesterday) now today it's finally said it's in CHCH but now it's saying estimated delivery date yesterday. I order things from Australia and other places and it gets to me a lot faster than from NZ itself. Absolutely useless. Made me wait on hold for a transfer 20 minutes nearly before I hung up. They have put my parcel down as a large delivery even though it's three items of clothing, one being a belt. So I have to wait longer because they don't know the difference between small medium amd large.
