Laughably unprofessional and made the whole experience a total nightmare. Rude, lazy and out of touch - The agent left half way through the house purchase on holiday without telling us, then we had to collect the keys from her 'office' because no one could be bothered meeting us at the property on the day of purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading the low rated reviews here explains the following well. I spotted a car advertising Diane Astle going through a roundabout, at a shopping complex, the incorrect way. This confused other drivers and could have caused an accident. I did contact Diane Astle via the website but no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never ever rent from these people again. The amount of times we took them to court (and won) and the trouble they put us through.. never again. They are sketchy, look into this businesses past. Not good at all.
They raised our rent but it didn't go to the owners, they pocketed the $60 extra without telling the owner. There was a huge court case about it, Diane tried to bribe us by saying she would give us a good recommendation. Do not trust these people with your rentals.

This slimy old woman's business clearly isn't doing well enough to pay the bills as she has to look for anyway to take money from tenants!
It's laughable she rents a house with foundation damage from earthquakes and so rough around the edges and tries to claim $1k for a crack in a bathroom sink witch wasn't even caused by us. We took her to court (and won) out of the $1k she thought she would claim against our bond the judge ordered her to produce the quote for the original sink witch was priced at $180.00.
Nevr rent, nt from this agency Diane astle is an unprfessional sour old woman chasing money from people who have non.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diane was collecting some items from one of our neighbours and parked across OUR driveway, despite having at least two road parking spaces and the drive of the place they were at available for parking instead. I called the number on the side of the car to get it moved and she was quite rude considering SHE was illegally parked across my drive. Doesn’t help that she had two small dogs in the car with one window barely cracked, that would not stop barking.
