They put no pressure on me as it up to my 2 dogs what we buy which means they have to convince the dogs what is suitable for them. I would highly recommend as all staff are friendly and helpful. AAA+++ - We brought a Honda fit Hybrid in the end which both dogs LOVE!!!!.
