★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2011 Toyota Prius from Bei and Jase. The hybrid battery died shortly after I got the car home. They provided excellent service and replaced the hybrid battery for me. I now have a car with ten years or so on the battery! These guys are the real deal - honest, knowledgeable and go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall level of professionalism from this pair of business owners is substandard for the used car dealer industry. When purchasing a vehicle these guys had very poor communication between us and themselves, consistently giving misinformation and causing delays. They did not wash the car a final time before arranging pickup, to which they delayed by two days because of their bad communication with the finance company and between themselves. They left parts off the car out and even provided a floor mat that was unsafe for the vehicle to have installed in it. Overall they made the process of buying a used vehicle not very enjoyable. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND trading with this outfit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent lockdown searching for a Toyota Aqua and found a very competitively priced one pop up here after months of looking, which I ended up purchasing.
As this is my first time buying a car, I can't say I'm experienced in doing so. However, I am very happy with my purchase, and Jase was by far the best salesman to deal with out of all the car yards I visited in the process. He was very straight up, informative, not at all pushy about making the sale or upselling me on extras, and overall was a pleasure to deal with - a stark contrast to all the flashy dealerships I suffered through before coming here.
