About DIY Designs - Online Landscape Design
Not all husbands and wives work well together but Rob and Kerry have worked together for many years, in fact, they met at work some 30+ years ago. In the intervening years they have owned and operated a number of businesses. While DIY Designs is their newest enterprise, it has been years in the making and brings together the best of their skill sets.
Kerry is the face of the business. She's our lead designer, actively involved in every landscape design that we create and she is the person that all our clients communicate with. Rob brings 30 years in the corporate business space to the table and works behind the scenes providing technical and administrative support.

β β β β β Kerry has been wonderful to us on our landscaping journey. We paid to have a Micro design which I loved. Initially my partner was unsure.
After we half planted the design, my partner was still struggling with aspects of it. Kerry was easy, approachable, interested and has done a wonderful job in tweaking the original plan, adding some new ideas to help my very fussy, hard to please partner.
Now he is a happy chappy and I couldn't be happier!
We are delighted and highly recommend her to others.

β β β β β I would highly recommend DIY design to anyone looking for expert advise on their gardening/landscaping projects! The online zoom garden consult was great value for money and surpassed our expectations! Kerry put in alot of effort prepping for the consult after we completed the easy to follow online questionnaire and she provided us with written notes and some pics of plants to give us some ideas/direction with our planting project. Kerry was friendly,professional and her passion to help others perfect their gardens really shows!

β β β β β Our outdoor area was in need of a complete overhaul. We had a pretty good idea of how we wanted the area to look and planned to DIY but when it came to plants, our knowledge was limited. We booked the online consultation and it was exactly what I had hoped. Kerry gave us specific recommendations on what to plant where - she also gave us advice on plant growth and care. It was just what we needed to get us started and ensure we were on the right path. Brilliant value for money - would highly recommend to anyone as a first step when looking to DIY their outdoor area.

β β β β β We asked Kerry to assist us with designing our small garden area and found her approach very practicable and helpful. We were not sure what we were looking for but after the phone consultation Kerry produced a couple of concepts based on our discussions and one captured our attention. It only took a couple of minor alterations to come up with the final plan that we went with. Overall a good experience and have already recommended her business to a couple of friends who have asked about our new garden.

β β β β β We got a Mini Garden Design from Kerry because we weren't sure where to start with incorporating gardens into our small bare backyard. We loved the proposed layout from the start and the plan we got fits so much variety into a small place. We can't wait to get started with turning it into reality. Kerry was very responsive, incredibly helpful and incorporated the various aspects we said we wanted while ensuring it would be low maintenance and dog friendly. I would definitely recommend using Kerry's services.

β β β β β Highly recommend Kerry for garden landscaping! We went with the micro design plan, and loved what was designed! Kerry listened to what we wanted (low maintenance!), and tailored her advice and plan to this and the landscape. We initially tried to plan the garden ourselves... but we are so glad that we decided to get expert advice and planning from Kerry! Not only did she suggest the plants suitable for the soil and slope, but she gave specific planting and plant care advice. Very prompt communication and approachable. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend Kerry's services!
