★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fireplace built 25 years ago at our bach always puffed smoke until it got going, then chewed thru the firewood as it sent most of the heat straight up the chimney. Then the bricks at the back of the hearth started to fall out. A real mess. So I called Dobbs. Not only did Ronnie do a top job laying the fire bricks, he also did some magic stuff in reshaping the flue entrance. Now it doesn't smoke, throws out the heat like a real fireplace should, and only uses about half the amount of firewood it used too. This man knows his stuff. Top job. Highly recommend.
