★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely hotel. We had a great stay. The rooms were clean, well presented and affordable. So surprises it was fully booked the whole weekend we stayed. Great location and the staff were very helpful. Will definitely stay again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, amazing, amazing! The value for money!! It is unbelievable! I have never seen anything like it before. Such a nice modern room, sparkling clean, great car park, just ???. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will definitely be back at this rate. No complaints whatsoever. We need more places like this around NZ!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The motel is divided into 2 parts, the new area and the old area. The pictures showing on the website where we booked through are the rooms in the new area while we were given the old rooms to stay. Not only the carpet is filthy in the old room, but also the sheets weren’t even changed, and had the blood stain on it. The cover on the single bed has a vomiting smell. The shower is constantly hot and cold. The dishwashers in old area were all out of order. The utensil are limited. There is very minimal daily service to change sheets, change towels, fill up tea or coffee... we didn’t enjoy motel facilities or their service even through we enjoyed our time in Paihia.

Room was spacious. Comfy bed. Shower could have done with a better cleaning. Mould around the edges did not look good.
Air conditioning unit had a leak.
Generally happy as the faults can be easily fixed

Reception was so lovely and inviting even gave me help for things I needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhygenic,dirty and smelly bed linens,kitchen not thoroughly cleaned toilet seat broken..didnot fix anything before check in .....and during our stay we experienced unprofessional behaviour,zero cooperation from staff.
They will not do house keeping service during stay, treat rooms as isolation facility.
Not worthy to stay there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed linen way too small for beds ripped corners of sheets where they have been pulled trying to stretch over corners, Sheets kept coming off the corners. Beds not comfy at all!! On a positive note very close to town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the newer part for 3 nights. The lady at front desk was very nice but that's where the service ended. Even out of toilet paper. Beds were very hard. Great location though with an easy stroll to town.
