★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You wont be able to speak to people with any knowledge...they have very limited training. You will be dealing with people in the Philippines, Australia and NZ who don't talk to each other and usually can't help you.
I just wasted 40min on a call resulting in nothing!! Not the first time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ticket was openened by me online (no anwer on phones...) on 15th January 2019 with Domainz... As at today - 23 January - 8 DAYS LATER - NO-ONE has bothered to reply! I am about to lose my 2 domain names because of Domainz total unprofessionalism!! What a terrible, totally uncaring and unprofessional company!!! AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS! Seriously the worst EVER Domain Registration/Web Hosting company I have ever had the misfortune to come across in 20 years or more... AWFUL.. TERRIBLE.. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE - EVER!!! Minus 5 Stars if I could!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer support. I'm waiting for a refund and either I don't get a reply to my emails, or they say they haven't received a response to my case and keep closing it. I've even sent screenshots of my replies. Still nothing. I've tried calling (I'm now overseas) and their international number that's listed on their website has been disconnected. What an absolute waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. You don't hear back from their support team for days at a time. You can't actually speak to the person in charge of accounts, you can only email them, and they don't get back to. I have rung their customer service team 5 times today and they have not been able to help me with my problem, as I am required to deal with someone from 'accounts.' Seems like a mickey mouse operation to me. Nothing but problems. Would not recommend.
