Karen at Dominator sent a team around immediately, they helped me sort my power issue so I could get to work, Karen also followed up in the afternoon to make sure everything was ok. They come to check and advise us to keep the old one, just install a new motor with a little bit fix. Save us half price. The door now opens and closes smoothly.
