★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online 30mins before their closing time (10.00pm) when I got there to pickup at 9.45pm they had already closed and cleaning. They said they will not be cooking my order. Total waste of time. Why have opening hours when they are not going to be following it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and garlic butter scrolls and Dutch pancakes. Worst meal ever didn't even end up eating it. It was so sickening
The scrolls were like dripping of butter container had a pile of runny butter down bottom. Pizza had a funny taste to it.and pancakes were like doughy and soaked in oil. It was gross. Will not be ordering from them again never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very upset that a worker from this place had yelled at my child after she had recieved her order. Yous need to have/learn to respect your customers not treat them with the disrespectful treatment my daughter had recieved. The lady that had yelled and the other workers saw everything why didn't yous step in..your worker by the name of Moordeep/Moorbeep she needs to learn RESPECT and she rudely interrupted my daughter's conversation or next time your worker does that I hope she does gets fired. I have been supporting your store longer than that worker had worked there. If that ever happens to me I will punch her face and that's how upset I can be...RESPECT and Communication are the keys and also listening skills too..Repeat the order so the customer knows what they had ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a negative review if I could. I ordered pizza online and had pick up available for my pizza. When I went to the store. I saw staff eating and packing pizza or making pizza at the same time. They used the same dirty hand to pack and make pizza that they were eating from. I was disgusted. I don't know how they would have the audacity to do it Infront of their customers too. These happened on Monday 4th April 2022. If any of dominion employer reading this. Do check your cameras. It happened around 1 pm. Disgusting ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pizza I often get (usually not from this store), when I got home the base was sticking on the box and the pizza taste very weird like the frozen pizza I bought from the supermarket. Would try to avoid this place in the future as there are other more consistent quality stores nearer to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always handy to pre-order online and pick up. I have not yet tried their delivery to car. But it is good that they offer that. More importantly they offer a mini pizza which I find very handy for a single person like myself who does not eat heaps. I did not find that option with other chains. It is just on ur left if u r driving from Pak n Save Clendon. Just before the outlet, there is the car park.
