★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had a Coffee midi cake advertised at $10 off. I asked to buy this and then the male manager went to the back asking if we had anymore of this. He came out with the cake but said he forgot to remove the sign and I would be paying full price.Im happy to pay whatever the cake costs however when there is a special price advertised you should honour it regardless of your mistake of keeping the sign out. That is on you! Makes me feel like I'm being ripped off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a peppa pig mudcake for my babys birthday yesterday the cake was so hard to cut through, it was so dry so bad quality. A couple of months ago i bought a rainbow cake from them and it was over floating with cream. You can hardly taste the sponge of the cake but then i thought I'll give you guy's another try but still not good☹☹. The customer service wasn't good either i have to wait for a while for someone to come out and serve me even tho i rang the bell twice. Never order from here again.

But, unfortunately the cake felt like frozen not fresh even though I have mentioned that I wanted a fresh cake but they seemed they do not care about their customers. Next day I have called but one of the lady did not speak or understand English properly and she asked me to repeat it four times. Why some business owners employ workers who can not communicate properly. I will never go there ever again. Never ever...
The taste of the cake was so unpleasant to eat. I would not recommend this place to anybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ive ever had at the cheesecake shop! was buying a last min birthday cake for my older sister and got charged the amount for the cake and on the machine it had said that it was accepted but my payment wasn’t showing up on the til! i felt very pressured and frustrated to pull up my bank statement as my data wasn’t working. as the cheesecake shop clendon was coming to a closing, i was asked to leave as the worker had to close! eventually my data started working and i quickly pulled up my bank statement as i was right! overall the worst experience I have ever gone through! the worker was very unprofessional with how she handled the situation and customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this cute cake yesterday for my auntie's day. Cake was moist and yum. Place is neat and tidy. Staff are also accommodating. I'm glad this place is near us! I saw their bakeshop at the far back behind the counter quite busy, so I bet they made their cakes fresh. If you are on a tight budget, their specials (near best before date slice of cakes are pretty much priced reasonably too!)
