★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a $30 pizza it arrived half raw cold squishy raw dough I tossed it and contacted them they sent me a voucher instead of just replacing the pizza the voucher was only for a $10 pizza I was annoyed I went into the restaurant and the voucher wasn’t even valid I showed the manager there the email I got from glen eden dominos with the voucher and he said it’s not his problem ajd refused to honor the voucher so they do dreadful food quality ajd the Staff are downright rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an order the night before for a delivery for my child's birthday party, order never arrived. Phone not connected, called into the shop on the way home and it was closed. Will be trying somehow to get through to get my refund. I'd make sure that you order from different Dominos and never use this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been going down hill since couple years ago. The crusts are getting thinner and thinner where the deep dish crust is like a classic crust. The cheese is like powdery like. The staff don't even say hello, they just talk amongst themselves. The chicken pieces in their pizza must be from some scraps, very tiny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service compared to other stores. I've ordered online from GE twice over the past six months, both orders took over an hour to arrive. The latest time was 1 hour 40 minutes, obviously completely cold at that point and missing my drink. The delivery driver was apologetic and recommended I contact the store for a refund. Unfortunately, having ordered at 4:15 pm, I couldn't get through at 6 pm (after receiving my order) as they'd disconnected the phone. I sent feedback using the online link in the confirmation email and the link provided in other reviews (even though it's for the Australian site). Still nothing after three days. I called again, this time around midday and the manager told me that I'd get a refund in a week, but refused to send written confirmation of this. This is way too much to go through for a pizza and drink that was never refunded or provided.
If there is a next time, I'll be spending an extra $3 forthe 20 minute delivery guarantee as at least I will almost certainly get a second cold pizza for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised at all the bad reviews. I had a great experience ?? I ordered online and made 3 changes to the pizza, by removing some ingredients and adding other ingredients, which was done exactly right.
I picked it up within 15 minutes, and the gentleman at the counter was super nice. The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasty ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst pizza I have ever had!!! To start it took over an hour for it to be delivered, yes I understand Covid problems but at least make your times realistic and not say 20 mins, I would have just drove up to get it.
But the worst part is that pizza was burnt, had no meat on it at all, then the guy refused a refund cause we ate a couple of pieces!!
Then tried to make out like it was my fault the pizza was bad.
Never go to this domino’s, order else where, or go to Pizza Hut!!
