★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought paneer tikka masala for dinner. To be honest im a vegetarian and love paneer cooked in any form
But this dish was so disgusting and tasteless. It was too dry to have with rice or naan. A waste of my $19 . Please dont eat here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at this place. Food was not worth the money. Staff has lots of attitude. We ordered for veg noodles, there was no noodles in plate it was only full of veggies when we ask one of the staff his answer was that's how we sell. Disgusting. Will never visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this feedback in regards to my recent order with Kathmandu Kitchen, food is good however staff behavior is something which wasn't right.
1. I went through the main door to the main reception counter accidently however person inside the kitchen rudely came out and said wait outside and you will be served, I walked off knowing Covid restrictions and said sorry.
2. Noodles was packed inside a broken container which spilled hell lot of oil on to my car seats leaving behind strong stains, when I called them to inform, was told not our fault it can happen .
3. Price compared to other Indian restaurants are higher however happy to spend if your customer service is good but not at the cost of bad service, I would rather go somewhere else where they treat their customers better and onboard feedbacks if something goes wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might judge the way I eat my Indian from the pictures, but I like to mix my curry and biryani for a double flavour explosion, and it works every time.
Kathmandu Kitchen has been my local for Indian takeaways for some time and I never get sick of it. I know people famously say that Paradise is the best in Auckland, and that may be arguably so .. but Kathmandu Kitchen is the best out west as far as I’m concerned.
On the occasion pictured my naan bread was dry - not to their usual standard. But usually it’s always good. Highly recommend eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the tikka masala hot. It didnt disappoint. Nex time ill ask for a large rice as my rice to curry ratio is higher than most. It wasnt too spicy, white man hot only. Excelent customer service. Takeaway only in these times, respect.
