Ordered 5 pizzas over the phone told to collect in 20 mins went to collect and the girl stared at me as I entered the shop and asked if I could put a mask on the explained I was exempt for medical reasons she the said nothing and walked off I stood there for a couple of mins and said can I get my order please she said will be ready soon I then said well can I at least pay then.. So went off to pick our hot chips up come back still waiting by now it had been 40 mins since we had ordered I said to her again my order she said wont be long so waited a further 10 mins my name was not on the board so I went up to counter again and said hi where's my order almost been waiting an hour now, she said nothing and left me there then the manager came up he was just as bad he goes oh we will make now so all that time our pizzas were not been made he gave us half a refund no sorry no kindness not a care in the world so all the time she was saying wont be long she had no idea what she was even talking about.. Worst dominos ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather frustrating when some of your order is forgotten, and you don't realise until you get all the way home... And then call the store that's run by a bunch a children it seems. Nobody knew what to do, was told to just come and pick it up. No apologies, no nothing. Which isn't so easy when you have a bunch of hungry kids waiting on their birthday dinner...
No apologies when I picked it up either.
Not the first time Greenmeadows have forgotten things from our order either!
Also highly frustrating when the Domino's NZ Facebook page gives you Australian feedback links when you message them!!! So can't even get to the bottom of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service but the last couple of times we have got pizzas here the garlic cheesy pizza we have order has been poorly topped, with large area with no topping and over cooked. Not sure what's going on, you would think with all the so called "pizza tech" they have for quality control this wouldn't happen. Might have to go to pizza hut!!
