★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why does this place say it closed at 11pm and when we ordered our pizza at 10:25pm for delivery.. we saw it was like 10:45pm and our pizza was still not ready.. so we decided to drive to the store and see why it was taking so long. It turns out they closed at 10pm that’s so stupid they took our money and for what? No pizza?? They need to change there hours online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made the pizza by ignoring the Domino’s standard. Used the pickup in car, so was waiting in the car for almost 5 minutes but no one came out. So went in and had to wait another 3 minutes. The people need more training

Told me my pizza was on its way and the to find out it would be another 10-15 mins so I cancelled. Whilst I was talking to her she hung up on me! Won’t ever be back due to Architas attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m unsure how this place is still running… I come here because it’s only 2 mins away from where I live but I’m going to have to stop because the service is terrible. Almost every time I go they’ve mucked up my order, and I’ve heard a few people I know have had issues with being told their pizza’s ready to be picked up but had to wait 40 mins when they go there because there pizza hadn’t been made. The people working there always seem like they have no idea what they’re doing. I asked for a cheesy garlic bread the other night and they handed me a cheesy garlic pizza and when I told them it wasn’t what I ordered, the young boy working said “it’s the same thing”. Something needs to be done about this place, change of staff or something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Was charged twice for my order. Called this store to get it sorted. Spoke to one person and they said they couldn’t help and to call later, called later and the woman I spoke with was so short with me, and eventually told me to call back in two days and hung up the phone. It’s been a week and still no refund. Will NEVER support this branch again, specifically because of that woman’s appalling customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking service. Placed my order online at 4pm for a 6.45pm pick up. When I got their at 6.45pm our pizzas had not been made yet and we had to wait a further 40min. When I asked what can be done about it I just received a flat NOTHING. really shocking customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed my order at 10pm online, on Google it shows they close at 12am on Saturday. The website took the order cost from my account and failed to place the order. I called them right after only to be told that they are closed and I couldn't place an order. This has happened once before and they refund the money about 3 days later, but the money's gone until then. Why not just change the opening/closing times so that this doesn't happen rather than continue to do this? All it does is make people angry.
