★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a New Yorker pizza (was good). Ordered chicken wings for sides. The size is unbelievably TINY. They look more like pigeon wings! Extremely disappointed. Please charge more if you must instead of selling these wings. The cayenne pepper chicken kickers are basically nuggets from any supermarket. The only relief was the pizza and the good service.
Would be wonderful to stick to only to pizzas if you can’t provide quality side orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible food, this burnt looking black brownie looks way too smaller than the photos that they put on the website. Korean sticky chicken wings are usually tasty from other stores but it didn’t have much sauce but just red oil covered it from this store. Pizza dough was too thick and tough to chew. Churros were yum though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularly get orders wrong, lower quality dough than what the hut has (comparing it to them and not the best pizza place we have (hell) due to the more similar price point) would occasionally get their stuff over the hut or hell due to the lowest price point while they had that but now they've hiked prices up too so I really don't know how they (both as a company due to quality and this store in particular due to their tendencies to mess up) are still in business.
You get the best pizza from Hells at a moderately higher price or a better pizza at pizza hut for about the same price (hawaiian is like 11 cents cheaper at the hut for reference), Hells also allow for a pretty absurd amount of customization and have never messed it up on my orders despite some being like triple sauced with 3 sauces being on one side and only 1 continuing to the other side along with many toppings n all that)...
So yeah can't really recommend dominos for anything unless you are shopping for a thick shake cause they make those pretty well, their pizza is trash tier and no longer the cheapest option even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered ordered via phone call before noon for six pizzas pick up at 12.30. Was told yes it will be ready and in the warmer. I arrived at 12.40. No pizza. I asked at the counter twice before realising they had just started making the pizzas. Got my pizzas after 1pm. And the order was taken incorrectly. This is the second time theyve stuffed up my order and I have waited for an hour for pizza. And thats why I always go to Pizza Hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domino's has become a very hit and miss experience depending on what staff is on at the time. Some days you will get a great pizza and friendly efficient staff, other times you'll get a total stuff up, wrong pizza ,long wait for pre-ordered pizza. I would say on average you would get about 1 in three orders up to scratch. Very little care in preparation and presentation and cooking. Over or under sauced, very rarely will you get a pizza that is even cut all the way through. Domino's stanards have dropped big time in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store this evening and was pleased to see the signage on the door 'no mask no entry' and that all staff would be wearing masks. However in the 10 minutes sitting outside waiting for our order one person without a mask went in and was not challenged and a staff member was working in the kitchen and serving at the counter without a mask on. Certainly not a safe place and would have left if we had not already ordered and paid!
Update following reply.
None of us like wearing masks but we do what we have too. Your non mask wearing staff probably shouldn't be on the counter and should at least be wearing a face shield when preparing food.
Don't envy your position but we all have to adapt in these difficult times.
