★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to reassess your staff. My iced mocha was an extremely weak shot of coffee, some chocolate syrup around the outside, and milk..no ice, no mixing, just put the lid on and handed it over. It taste like i was drinking warm milk.
Was also so disgusted at his coughing in our milkshakes, touching his dirty greasy hair while handling food, blowing his nose constantly and not washing his hands and not wearing his mask over his mouth or nose ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a coffee and a doughnut on lunch. Served by a woman name Carmelle. Not only did she forget my coffee that I wasted my WHOLE lunch break waiting. I canceled my doughnut after I saw how many flies were in the display cabinet. Gross.
