Telephoned exactly when he said he would. Serviceman telephoned me 15 minutes before arriving so I could meet him on site. Serviceman knew exactly what to do. Was efficient and had the necessary requirements for repair on board his van.
Wish all companies were as responsive and as reliable.
What a difference it makes when things go wrong.

Later that day Graham phoned to say he would be at our house the next day. Which he was at 8am sharp, he replaced the broken spring... all fixed and sorted out in just over 24hrs from first contact! Outstanding service by a friendly and professional team - thank you.
