★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an advertised door through their website that matches my specs, colour and type. Lo and behold the door arrived after 3 weeks (which should only take 2 weeks max as they promised) as a piece of plank. Not yet finished/varnished as per their description on their website wherein i have ordered. It is just literally a piece of wood.
Note to this seller is that if that is really your intention, please put a description on your website that you will only supply as it is as a piece of wood. Don't just put up your suppliers photo on your website with all varnishes and types etc as a "FINISHED" product as this is MISLEADING to the buyers like me and of WRONG ADVERTISEMENT.
People watch out.... Upon confronted with wrong advertisement and lack of self determination to admit that they are wrong. They just simply blamed their supplier for their own photo which in the first place it was them who just copied and pasted it on their own website. No, NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
