The prices have gone up in recent years, so it's not the bargain it used to be, and some of the items aren't made as well as other Hollywood cafe locations (particularly the baked dessert items like chocolate brownie). Staff are generally friendly and helpful and there's usually ample parking nearby, although it can quickly fill up during peak times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning they opened late 8:10, the lady did her best to accommodate people(that’s why a 2 star not one). We had to wait 10-15 mins for food and coffee. The lumber jack and chocolate croissant weren’t fresh, however the scrambled eggs and big breakfast were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in for lunch. Ordered a baked potato & soup. Took 20 minutes to arrive. Mince was cold. Went to the toilet while waiting ... absolutely terrible ... the smell and cleanliness! Could not believe food safety certificate shows an A as food was mediocre. Would highly nit recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of food served and the service provided have deteriorated dramatically. I purchased a sandwich ans a pastry recently only to find that the pastry was stale and had mould growing inside it - absolutely disgusting. I have contacted the head office and they are investigating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst bakery (in terms of food) I've been to. And I'm a big fan of a good ol' bakery. First, Pricing: it's so painful to think people actually pay these exuberant prices when much better valued bakeries are close by. Second, Food: terrible - the ginger slice was so bad, It's the first time ever I've had to bin it after a single bite (think a layer of sour margarine with a sprinkle of ground ginger mixed through, on a subpar base). Everything else stale and/or extremely bland (please use seasoning). Pros: clean seating area and friendly staff.
