★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18 dec 2020, there was no acknowledgement from employer. I went into the store around 6.15pm which the shop was not closing until 7pm, I absolutely loved the shop and i had got carried away with shopping and realized i needed to transfer more money to buy these items i wanted. I went out side to transfer the money and as i turned around the worker inside closed the doors behind me. It was only 6.40pm. The sign outside also said 7pm close, so i thought i still had 20min until closing. I then knocked and knocked and finally knocked again for the third time and the worker completely ignored me. She knew i was there as they were very larger see-through windows however she purposely did not look my way or even acknowledge that i was there. She didn't even bother to say they were closed. I was quite upset as i was only in Dunedin for the night and i knew i wouldn't be able to purchase these items the next day. I Love dotti, but i really hope she doesn't do it to other customers. Atleast change the time on the signs outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do enjoy shopping here as the staff as are always fantastically friendly and the clothes are cute and affordable. Loses 2 stars for the size - it's absolutely awful and narrow, I have no idea why they have rented the spot they have, surely there's a bigger spot available?
