★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps one of the best kept secrets of the chch cafe scene at the moment, Doubles really breathes life back into the Worcester Boulevard cafe scene.
They use Allpress coffee, so if you like a darker roast coffee, this is the place for you. The food is simply outstanding and surprisingly refined, with very careful attention to details. From the Hasami porcelain plates, to the colour coordination of decor, Doubles is an excellent addition to Christchurch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely excited to visit doubles after amazing reviews via Instagram, how ever the atmosphere felt very unwelcoming & I didn’t feel wanted there.
The food was delicious (fried chicken waffles were amazing)! I'm a lover for coffee, unfortunately my iced latte wasn’t amazing! I also found the add on to doubles wasn’t the nicest of seating & could feel more inviting!
The aesthetic was absolutely beautiful & I hope to return to doubles with a better experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We popped into Doubles for breakfast today. Super friendly staff, quick to order. Coffee top notch. We had the sweet and savoury Croffles, and were very happy with the food. Very generous with the chicken! Be prepared to skip lunch if you tackle these.
We'll definitely be back to give the cabinet food a try, which almost looked too good to eat!
