β β β β β Visited during my lunchbreak during the week and there was quite a long wait to be served and then to receive our lunch. My friends both got the same dish and really liked theirs, I didn't enjoy mine quite so much unfortunately. I think next time I'll order from the cabinet, they had some really lovely looking cakes and buns on display which I'll try

β β β β β Burger on a plate entry was BEAUTIFUL! So good, I can forgive it being smaller than many of the other entries. The croquettes that came with it....bloody lovely!!! Possibly 4 or 5 of those amazing morsels would be a better number to offset the smaller burger. Beer was matched perfectly and the service was both very fast and very good. Even saw the chef pop out to great what looked like a couple of regulars which I always think is a nice touch. All in all a great experience.

β β β β β Came here for Wellington on a Plate and ordered their lamb. Absolutely delicious, I've never had lamb so tasty. Loved the colour on the plate and very filling. Surprised how little I paid for something so good!

β β β β β Great place for our coffee and pastry. Less busy then usually but expect to struggle to get a seat in this popular weekend place. Great selection of counter bakery goodies. Seemed to be well organised for pandemic requirements and managing customers. Plus awesome bread from their baker.
