★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was amazing except their one female staff yelled at me rudely for something which I didn't knew we were not supposed to do. she needs to learn to talk kindly and focus on her job instead of chatting with colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic place! The pools are well kept, with plenty of fun for all ages. We loved the water slides, the wave pool, the hot tub, and the toddler pool. Staff were unfailingly polite, and we were impressed with their management of the Traffic Light system.
Best of all, this pool is welcoming all people; there is no segregation nor medical discrimination here. Our experience was well worth the time and expense of the drive from Lower Hutt, and we will be back weekly from now on to support Upper Hutt's excellent choices. We'll be doing more shopping, socialising and recreation in this town over the summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove over an hour to take our kids to this venue. The facilities were the draw card, only to get there to find out 1. The water slides were closed 2. That the Covid protocol meant they closed down every 2 hours for a 30min cleaning. Nothing on their site about those timings, and after checking the slide issue was but it was on a sub page on their site. You would think that these two issues are quite important and there would be easily viewable/accessible on the site home page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pool has changed quite a lot since I was a child, the river ride no longer has any "pull" like zero current to drag you along at all.. the waves are far smaller and way less frequent. I had to ask them to turn them on for my sons birthday as I'd talked them up all day only for them to have not happened at all in the almost 2 hours we were there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fun but if your kids are under 5 keep a hold of them and unless there amazing swimmers I suggest one of the little life vests, just gives them a little freedom in the wave pool cause that's thing kranks!
Service is great and the best lifeguards around ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a cool pool but if the river ride or waves aren't on they should tell you at the front desk or give you a discount, it's the second time I have been and the river ride wasn't working. Still paid full price though. It's a nice pool but it's not extreme at all
