While some of the staff are lovely, on two seperate occasions a lady has been rather rood/obnoxious, in what i can only assume is an attempt to hide a lack of knowledge. This last time, i was assured she was correct about a herbal product, which a quick Google afterwards refuted. I can't stand when a shop assistant bluffs their way through a sale, assuming the customer doesn't know any better; not very fitting with the name of the shop! The store itself has a really good range of products, most of which are unfortunately overpriced compared with similar stores in NZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place for all organics in New Plymouth, though if I compare it with other stores from Auckland there's not a lot of products range. And prices are a bit higher. But I rather spend a few more dollars in healthier food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my goodness....do not let me loose in here! I always spend too much!! I love this shop which has a great range and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. The only let down is the location which is a little out of the way, but there always seems to be a carpark with in the area so I'll forgive it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend. Refills for shampoo, conditioner, dish soap etc. They have naturopaths who come in on survivor days to give a bit of extra help for any questions you might have. They have been really good helping with my kids sleep issues.
