★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with Doctor Fung since I was little but just tried to get my Whooping Cough injection sorted but the receptionist was sooo rude. I can't remember her being so nasty! Sorry Dr Fung but I will be using someone else for the time being – please contact me once you get her replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been with Dr. Fung since I was 5 years old. He's a great doctor and has assisted my family through many trying times. The receptionist is unhelpful and has made every opportunity in accessing Dr. Fung difficult. Such an unfortunate circumstance for a good doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This GP has been my GP since I was a teen around 2005. However after 2018 I changed to another GP practise.
Dr Fung is really quite nice, but the reception could do with a lot more improvement. I think there is either too much for her to do, or embracing 'new' technology might help her to cope better.
This practise only accepts cash, doesn't take emails, only does appointment by phone and she will ask to put you on hold while she deals with the desk (and may forget about you, leaving you wondering what's happening since I assume she only puts the phone down and there is no hold music), and her way of speech often rubs off and gives people the wrong time of impression even though that may not be her intention.
The rates are considerable cheap considering the surrounding area. My new GP is a lot more expensive but I pay for the convenience, I guess.
