★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found a lump on the right posterior side of my neck a couple of months ago and was referred to Dr. John Chaplin by my GP. The FNA and MRI results were contradicting as one of the results have shown some possible cancer cells present. Me and my wife were so depressed about it cause if it is malignant, then my life would be somewhat close to end. But, this Doctor is awesome! He discussed his beliefs and knowledge about my case and we agreed to have it taken out for excisional biopsy to confirm if it is benign or malignant. I undergone a right intramuscular neck resection/neck dissection procedure under him. He explained to me what he will do during the procedure and assured me that he will keep an eye as to which part of muscles to go through and avoid the nerves that could possibly affect my normal function and get me back to work in no time. My surgery went totally fine. He was able to take out an inch bigger size of tumor out of my neck.I was discharged after a day from the hospital and was able to come back to work after 4 days. I have like a 4 inch slit on my neck but the stiches are even hardly noticeable as if nothing happened. Dr. John Chaplin is really an expert. Very professional and so kind to answer questions/concerns even through text. I also would want to say Thank You to those people who work with him specially during my operation and took good care of me after. God Bless you and More Power.
(Yesterday, I went back to see him and he told me that the tumor is benign. ?❤?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Dr. Chaplin has been amazing. Very professional, and gives really good advise for when I went for my initial consultation for my nose last year. I have already had my surgery and planning another one with him this year. Also his staffs are very welcoming and really cool to talk to. He also replies promptly to any request I have via email. I wouldn't choose any other surgeon than him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr John Chaplin recently preformed a lateral and bilateral neck dissection and total thyroidectomy on me following a recent cancer diagnosis. He has been the most amazing doctor and surgeon, and I could not have found myself in better hands. Dr Chaplin is approachable and easy to talk to, and he has been happy to answer all of our questions, of which there have been many. He inspires complete confidence, as it is absolutely apparent that he is an expert in his field. Not quite 3 weeks on from a fairly major operation, my incision is barely noticeable, no complications, not even any bruising, and I am well on the way to recovery. My family and I cant speak highly enough of John and the amazing care I have had from him throughout this experience.

I felt that I could easily approach Dr John Chaplin with any questions that I had and I was well-informed throughout. The scarring was very minimal for both surgeries. Dr John Chaplin continued to show a high level of professionalism before, during, and after the surgery. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a neck dissection and total thyroidectomy in Feb this year. Dr Chaplin is a great expert. He has so much experiences and knowledge. I am recovering very well and the scar even not noticeable. I have been misdiagnosis by other specialist, I am so glad I changed Dr Chaplin as my surgeon. Dr Chaplin, you are the best!

Dr Chaplin is a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor and we are so grateful that we found him on time which resulted in saving my dad's life.
Dr Chaplin took one look at my dad's tongue and realised that he had cancer, and then immediately undertook the necessary tests and steps to get my dad's treatment started. He guided and advised us every step of the way until we were transferred through to the public system.
I will highly recommend Dr Chaplin to anyone needing any sort of ENT treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chaplin did my rhinoplasty, septo and sinus surgery and I am blown away by the results. I am so happy with the look of my nose, it is natural and even better than what I imagined. The functional side is a thousand times better, I didn’t realise how restricted my breathing was now I can actually breathe again. I am also far less tired which I assume is a result of getting the extra oxygen in! He is very professional and personable and I couldn’t be happier. 10 out of 10 would do it again! Thank you ?

After my first consultation with him, I was completely confident with his skills and expertise. I had no doubts at all going into surgery and I knew that he would take good care of me. My surgery went well, and I didn't have any complications at all and my recovery has been incredible. I am so grateful to Dr Chaplin and his team.
