★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called so many times were no answers but last week I left brief message about my Son his surgery was done in Starship hospital in Auckland and I met Dr.Murali Mahadevan and we were quiet not happy with things had been done in starship so we had a chat with Dr.Murali and he gave us his card and told us Contact his surgery in Future but when I received a call back today I was not happy how the Receptionist chat with me.She seemed frustrated and very very rude.She said Dr. Murli doesn’t visit hospital’s and I am exactly talking about wrong person.Very sad people like this have a job in reception and treat anyone with rude behaviour.We met Dr.Murli and he was quiet very nice and helpful.Well the receptionist asked me for referral before I speak which I understand and thanks for hanging up on me without even thinking about helping me.Thank for making my day?.

He has a great sense of humor, the Nurses he works with think highly of him (yes that means something), and I've had the smoothest recovery thanks to him and his team. Murali and his team guided me through my pre-op, op, and post-op journey. Always affording me time for my questions to be answered. I truly trust Murali to resolve my ENT concerns and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to snore badly. Dr Mahadevan examined me and was confident he could help. I had surgery on my nose airway and throat. Now 4 weeks later, I am so pleased with the improvements. I can smell everything but most noticeable is that I have great sleeps now, I don't yawn during the work day anymore and I feel so much better when I wake up. I am so pleased I got this done! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a sick 2 month old grandson our GP referred us to see an ENT specialist. We were incredibly lucky to have been recommended to Dr Murali.
Having a 2 month old so unwell as parents and grandparents unable to help is heartbreaking. Dr Murali and his team saw and diagnosed our grandson and the sense of relief my daughter felt in knowing a specialist and his team who really cared had helped her son was massive.
Thanks to the Dr and his team our wee man is on the road to recovery.
We can't thank the Dr and his staff enough.

Murali has always been open, honest and caring towards us all as a family. He has always made time to see us, even at short notice sometimes. Lynley has always been fantastic to deal with, always friendly, efficient and accommodating. What a great team!
