★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phew! Over the weekend I found myself in a situation of emergency! I called the team from Dr. Plumber I was worried that they would not pick up because it was quite late at night! thankfully they did answer my call and rather quickly! They came out in the late evening to sort out a leak. Highly recommend these guys! I know when I renovate my bathroom next year they will be the first on my list to call. Thanks again for the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenants called Plumber for the same problem twice in 2 months. Both times they did the same procedure ie plunge. Blocked again less than 48 hours after the second plunge, paid $400 without resolving the issue but quoted over $600 for jetting and CCTV for the next step which is twice the price of other plumbers. Sonya was not the nicest to deal with on the phone. Plenty of plumbers around, no need to use these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Plumber were so great to deal with. I have sold my property and needed to do a few things before settlement date. I was able to email them with my requirements, and always received replies very quickly. Two plumbers were able to come to my property the following day to fix the issues, and they ensured the invoice was itemised (as I requested this). Extremely great to deal with everyone there - the admin team and the plumbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we needed a plumber in an emergency, as in, burst water pipe upstairs flooding the house, and I could not get anyone for at least a week, we were able to get Dr Plumber withing 30 minutes. They come and fixed the leak and we could not be happier. We would highly recommend Dr Plumber for quick, friendly and efficient service.
