I choose not to tell Ray what is wrong. He tells me and bang on. My energy levels increase after each visit. It works for me and a good number of my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only Real doctor to go to solve lifelong problems. Ostepaths and chiropractors never get the alignments right leading to other problems. Had thoracic pains chiro aligned but then I started getting bad oos pains from the neck adjustments. All gone with 1st appointment truly life changing!
Dr Ray Lala is incredible and so humble and charges a very reasonable rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, life changing treatment, Dr Ray Lala was able to help me in 3 initial sessions, explaining what was going to happen, what to do after the treatment. My body healed and I didn't need pain killers or regular visits. Just a follow up every 6 months or a year, depending on my phisical activities. I have recommended Dr lala to the whole family and friends, many of which travel hours to have this consultation with amazing results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am amazed how after a visit my back pain is more manageable and he is very modest person helping many with long term back pain issues. Having covid in nz this year has also showed me that by not having his services my back pain increased three fold . Ray gives me hope when there is none for me in this situation and I believe he can help many like me who have had physio , chiropractors and countless doctors to no avail.... I would recommend to all needing some help to decrease back pain to see him .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could never thank Dr lala enough for healing myself and my baby many years ago. He was recommended to me by family who were also healed by his treatments for various things. My baby went from waking up crying every hour, to sleeping through the night after one treatment and for me, my back pain was gone and I had more energy after the treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ he charged me NZ$155 for one visit just for electric massager for 30 min. It is way too expensive to spend money like that to heal your sore back. If you have extra money to give someone like that, go for it.
