Polite and very helpful.
Has a great deal of knowledge and was kind enough to pass some of it to me.

He only sells the best tried and true quality products and he's always gone well beyond what you would expect from any retailer, to the point he is more of a friend than a business representative. I had a difficult situation recently where Dan come in to bat for me and had my problem resolved in no time, it wasn't even a problem he needed to get involved in but he took it upon himself to resolve it for me, I got the best outcome possible. I can highly recommend using DredgeNZ, I am certain you will be as impressed as I am.
