★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting a hour to accept and to be picked up and needing to get to work asap and having to deal with my boss complaining due to late taxis picking up and dropping me off to work as the company I work for is a government owned company and classed as essential service being late due to a taxi driver messing around is tardy and no good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sort your drivers out, just had one of them (didn’t have time to get a plate number) pull out of a turn last minute and almost slam straight into me then proceeded to give me the finger. Unprofessional bad driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son who is recovering from knee surgery has had to stand on his injured knee for up to half an hour waiting for these guys to take him to school. On top of the physical pain is the psychological stress of arriving late to school, due to their tardiness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang and waited for nearly an hour. Was told that they didn’t like the area ( we were in a motel close to Rugby Stadium). Explained my 77 year old husband required a lift but despite ringing them twice and being told ride was on the way. It never arrived. Many thanks to a passing motorist who offered her support
