β β β β β Never use this company - disappointed I canβt give 0 stars. We waited over an hour for taxi and it never come.
Rung multiple times and was told it was coming and we were the next pick up and they were in our area... The last operator finally told me I was still β in the cue βand no time could be given after an hour wait
AGAIN NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

β β β β β Booked a van previous day for 8 people for 1:30 didnβt arrive called they said they were busy and would be there at 1:40 didnβt even show up instead got another taxi company to come and take us but with two taxis charging an additional $90 and all the Napier taxi service had to say was sorry not good enough

β β β β β Caught a taxi from the airport as there wasn't a uber driver close by ($22) to our destination. When we arrived in the taxi the price was 32.5, then she hit a button im guessing was for bags and she said 35.5 then charged 37.5

β β β β β easy to call and arrange. very friendly driver, sometimes hard to understand but all in all a brilliant experience which costed barely anything. the driver tried to get us to our destination asap and so we did not have to pay very much in return. I would highly recommend to anyone

β β β β β Worse service ever rang combined taxis over a hour ago,automated service,they ask do u want a taxis straight away,I wait 45 minutes..ring back re book taxis still nothing half a hour later,I go on line u can't book it there because incompetence u can't put the number in of how many ppl for fairto book it ,rang blue service to be put on hold then on hold again no one told me were my taxis was...if u want to wait a hour n half n end up with no taxis book this company!!!..I understand now how user took over so easy,...disgusting service
