★ ★ ★ ★ ★ True to book on line in the Mt Maungsnui Clinic but could not as mandatory field requires you to state what State your address is in. As we are neither From the USA or Australia, this is rather a stupid field to have as mandatory. Think it needs to be changed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just had an identical experience as mr Alan Jones wrote above. Was less than 5 minutes late, due to Taurangas crazy traffic, but told they had taken someone off the street in my place and I would have to re book for tomorrow. I said I only get one day off every two weeks, but she was unmoved. Told her they obviously didnt need my money so I would be taking it elsewhere from now on. I have been going to this practice for over 5 years now, but obviously they dont need my custom anymore. I have a doctors appt this afternoon and will see if they can do my ears for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had OK service in the past but today I was received by probably the rudest reception I have met.
Yes I was 5 minutes late for my appointment which I was initially told made my appointment marginal. All of a sudden it was 'no' you must make another booking.
No discussion and would not even look at me. Stood there in shock for a minute or two, explained my position, but no answer.
Great customer relations. Massive training needed. A polite rejection and explanation should have been given, not the rude and blunt way it was done.
Not returning. They are obviously in no need of clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son there to get his ears cleaned, all went well and it took 3min max. Had my daughter with me and ask the lady to check and see if my daughter needs her ears cleaned. Got a really rude tone & response “I don’t have time for that you will have to make another appointment”. I replied and said I would like you to just look and see if she requires her ears cleaned and if so then I’ll make another appointment. She was Very rude and it was a inconvenience for her.
I thought maybe oh she’s having a bad day until our daughter went to her appointment a week later. My daughter didn’t like the feeling of having the suction tool in her ear. The lady lost her patience the first second my daughter didn’t like it. She was inpatient and rude again.
Would never recommend this place and even reception lady wasn’t very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, $50 for a 2 minute suction. I was expecting atleast a consolation and advice on how to keep ear heath good, but nothing. It was pay 50, go in, go out. Very very very bad. Yes my ears are now clean but for what, a very bad experience? I personally think what you are doing for a basic 2 minute clean is way over priced and should be MAX $25. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend ever going here. Good ear cleaning yes. But 2 minutes in and out for $50. Lady at the front desk was very rude. Doctor was not enthusiastic nor seemed to actually want to be there. Felt like she did not care who she was operating on, gave no advice to after care. Over all very bad. Would not recommend
