★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Luciano who was wonderful. I had never had my ears cleaned before and was a bit nervous but he explained everything as he was doing it and it was so gentle and didn't hurt a bit. The receptionist was also lovely and the whole vibe of the place was professional and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Eric Andre was fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me find a hearing aid that was invisible in my ear canal because I knew I was less likely to wear something visible. I did not ever feel that he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. He did the mold and ordered my hearing aids, they arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I have seen multiple audiologists in the past and Dr. Andre was by far the most helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the minute I walked in through the doors I felt welcomed and at ease. A warm greeting from the receptionist and then onto the procedure. Gillian was really calm and put me at ease. The procedure was painless (micro suction) though it is a weird sound lol. I walked out feeling 100% better. Highly recommended team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent results. Blocked my ear the night before, tried drops and then a saline syringe rinse wouldn't work. The next morning I still wasn't hearing anything and ear was too sore from trying to pop air pressure. If you have similar issues, do not try to clean it with buds/tissue etc just book here and they will fix it safely. I was in and out within 10minutes. Very quick and painless
Thank you to Hilary and the receptionist Iris(difficult hearing over the phone) for being so kind and squeezing me in on the day I really needed it.
