★ ★ ★ ★ ★ >30 minutes late for a 3.30pm appointment with no apology from Dr Wong. Really? Bad management and a healthy dose of arrogance. The hallmarks of a user friendly medical centre? So much for patients' rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful GPS, never had a problem with the reception/appointment process!! I’ve been to quite a few GPs and must say I’ve never been to one quite as good as karori!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got charged twice for my first appointment even when I asked a receptionist before Enrollement she told me it is one charge.. would be great if the policies will be clearer.. some receptionist (1 man and 1 lady) not friendly at all with angry face, other ladies are so kind .. otherwise most of the doctors there are professionals and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing doctors lovely gps / staff however horrendous time management. Currently have an 11.15 appointment it's now 12pm and I'm still waiting. Pretty appalling, I get the COVID safety guidelines, can understand 10-15 even 20 minutes but that long is quite bad. Maybe they should do longer than 15m appointment bookings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot thank Dr Chan Dassanayake enough for the thorough care he provided to me when he identified something that had been missed elsewhere. Follow up was outstanding. Very collaborative in his approach taking time to listen and hear what I had to say, which is an aspect of care that I really appreciate in a GP.
